Two Simple Steps To Parenting Sanity:

#1 - Read: Parent Toolshop Book and how to handle any parenting problem -- guaranteed results.

It's that simple.

Do you find yourself feeding your family too many fast food meals? Do you find it difficult to find healthy recipes? You are not alone. Before I found the 3 cookbooks I am going to recommend that you buy, it was a struggle to commit to making my family healthy and tasty meals.

Here are the books that I recommend:

1. Cook Yourself Thin: Skinny Meals You Can Make in Minutes

This book really get to the heart of matters by taking popular favorite recipes, reducing the calories and intensifying the flavor.
It helps you and your family lose or maintain your weight without you forgoing your favorite dish! My favorite meal is lasagna. I tried the lasagna on page 110 and it great even family enjoyed it. We like it better than the traditional recipe now.

2. 5 Meals for $5 - How to Feed 5 People 5 Meals for $5.00 - $8.00 or Less! You Don't Need to Be Wealthy To Eat Healthy
I am a frugal person by nature which is why I really love this book. You learn how to lose weight, save time and save money -- just perfect a great combination!

3. Biggest Loser Family Cookbook: Budget-Friendly Meals Your Whole Family Will Love

Based on the wildly popular NBC show Biggest Loser, this book addresses healthy eating while considering your finances. It also helps you make the healthy eating lifestyle a family affair by giving you tips to get the kids involved.

Any of these cookbooks are great resources and take the hassle of figuring out what healthy recipes to make which is great. You save time by using a cookbook because it is less you have to think about, simply get the ingredients and prepare the meal.
It is a great idea to buy all 3 of the books so that you have a variety of choices of meals to prepare. However, if you decide to buy only 1 book, I recommend Biggest Loser Family Cookbook: Budget-Friendly Meals Your Whole Family Will Love because it is truly designed for families who want eat healthy without breaking their budget.
